Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the E-Bike
Ensure the bike is in its original condition, clean, and packed securely in the original factory packaging with all chargers, tools, and manuals included.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger freight shipments.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned bike for quality assurance, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
